Do you accept childcare vouchers as payment for holiday clubs?

Yes, as we are registered with Ofsted, we can accept a number of different voucher schemes as payment for Holiday Club. Our Ofsted reference is: 2525174 and our registered postcode is: PL9 0EB.

We currently accept: Government tax-free childcare scheme, Sodexo, Edenred, Computershare, Care-4.

When booking your child in for Holiday Club please click ‘Pay Cash on day’ in the booking form. Then action the childcare voucher payment straight away and email the reference number to: admin@churchwoodforestschool.com

Please ensure all voucher payments are actioned well in advance so we have received the payment prior to your child attending. We reserve the right to request alternative payment methods if we have not received payment when your child arrives.

What happens if my child has an accident?

Bumps and scrapes happen from time to time. Churchwood Forest School has at least one first aider on site each day who can make an assessment, deliver first aid and ensure your child is okay.

Whenever first aid is administered, a form will be completed detailing exactly what happened and the action taken – and this will be discussed with you at the end of the day. If a more serious incident or accident occurs, we will contact you immediately.

We have tried and tested policies in place to ensure your child is safe, and serious incidents are extremely rare.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY
It is not our policy to issue cash refunds for any cancellations. If a credit note is issued (see below), the credit note will only be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.

HOLIDAY CLUB CANCELLATIONS (including child sickness)
We require at least 14 full days’ notice of cancellation before the day your child is due to attend to issue a 100% credit note.
We require at least 7 to 13 full days’ notice of cancellation before the day your child is due to attend to issue a 50% credit note. If you cancel your sessions without giving us at least 7 full days’ notice before the day your child is due to attend, you will not receive any credit.
