Term dates: 2026-27

Each day runs from 9.30am to 2.30pm.

Kit List

We have a range of fleeces, waterproofs and suitable footwear that our young people are welcome to use, but if you are able to prepare them with any of the following that would be great:

• Layers of clothing that can be added to or removed depending on the temperature
• A waterproof coat and waterproof trousers
• Thick socks and Wellington or walking boots
• Hats and gloves in winter; a sunhat and suncream in summer
• No shorts please
• A change of clothes in a bag in case they get very wet or muddy
• Food and drinks are provided, but young people are welcome to bring their own if they prefer

Getting Here

Enter postcode PL9 ODY (Langdon Court Hotel), then follow signs for Churchwood Valley Holiday Park, and you will arrive in a few minutes. Please park along the entrance lane to Churchwood Valley Holiday Park. 

To find us, walk back towards the main road and cross straight over into the woods. A member of our team will be waiting to meet you by the gate and will guide your young person to the woodland site.
